Forty Square Meter Studio Unit

This project aimed to create a compact and functional space for a small condo unit. The space was designed to maximize the limited square footage while still offering ample storage and living space.

The space was made to feel warm and welcoming, just like the sunshine on a beautiful morning, and also evokes the cozy feeling of having breakfast with loved ones. Therefore, the color scheme was centered around warm and sunny tones.

Lighting was an important element in creating this inviting atmosphere. Combination roller blinds that allow the light to filter through were installed. In addition, cove lighting was used throughout the space to create a soft, subtle glow that can make the room feel more spacious.

Overall, the use of light and neutral colors, strategic lighting solutions, and space-saving storage helped maximize the limited square footage and create a functional and comfortable living space.
